Regarding statement of a witness describing the
facts of signing the agreement to sell, it has
been held that “forgetting something out of the
whole scene is part of human nature.
Furthermore, people commonly take the
signatures as both signatures and thumb
impressions or mere signatures or thumb
impressions….there is no reason to disbelieve
witnesses merely on the basis of typical
wording being commonly used in our society.”
