جب کبھی عدالت میں کوئ بندہ چلا جاۓ اور یہ کہہ دے کہ مجھے پولیس گرفتار کرنا چاہیتی ہے اس وقت چونکہ عدالت کے پاس کوئ ریکارڈ نیںں ہوتا اس شخص کے متعلق یا جس مقدمہ میں پولیس اسکو گرفتار کرنا چاہتی ہے. تو اس صورت میں عدالت اسکی بات پہ یقین کر اسکو اگلی تاریخ تک ضمانت دے کر ریکارڈ طلب کر لیتی ہے.. ایسی ضمانت کو ad-Interim ضمانت کہتے ہیں.. اگلی تاریخ پر ریکارڈ کو دیکھتے ہوۓ عدالت فیصلہ کرتی ہے کہ پراسیکوشن کو نوٹس کرنا چاییے یا نہ ,اگر پراسیکوشن کو نوٹس کرنا ہوۓ تو عدالت پراسیکوشن کو نوٹس کرتے ہوۓ اگلی تاریخ تک ضمانت میں توسیع کر دیتی ہے.تو اس وقت ,interim bail ,ad interim Bail , میں بدل جاتی ہے.. interim bail ہی دونوں پارٹیوں کو سن کر یا کنفرم کر دی جاتی ہے یا decline کردی جاتی ہے...

Difference between interim bail

Whenever a person goes to court and says I want the police to arrest him since the court has no record about the person or the case the police wants to arrest him. So in this case the court believes his word and demands a record by bailing it till next date.. Such bail is called ad-Interim bail.. Looking at the record on the next date, the court decides the prosecution Whether to notice or not, if the prosecution is to be taken notice, the court extends the bail to the next date while noticing the prosecution. So at this time, interim bail, ad interim Bail, turns into.. interim bail is heard or confirmed or decline by both parties...
