Learned counsel for the petitioner, Sardar Muhammad Latif Khan Khosa, Sr ASC has informed that proceedings are in progress before the High Court on, inter alia, the matters in issue envisaged by our order of yesterday, 23.08.2023. In the above circumstances it would be appropriate to await the order of the High Court before proceeding further in these petitions.
2. In the meanwhile, the learned Attorney General for Pakistan shall file a report on the living conditions of the petitioner in jail by 28.08.2023 for perusal by Members of the Bench in Chambers.
