When question with respect to taking cognizance and conducting trial of the case between Courts of two districts arises, then it shall be decided by the High Court and the Court in whose territorial jurisdiction place of occurrence is situated, would conduct trial of the case;
Inspite of inclusion of any offence in the schedule of F.I.A. Act, 1974, Court established under the parent statute of said offence will conduct trial of the case.
