Judgment of the apex Court should have due effect and due deference, three conditions

in the case of MUHAMMAD TARIQ BADR and another Vs. NATIONAL BANK OF PAKISTAN and others (2013 SCMR 314) [--]

Moreover, for the purpose that a judgment of the apex Court should have due effect and due deference, three conditions as per Khan Gul Khan and others v. Daraz Khan (2010 SCMR 539) should be met 
(a) judgment decides a question of law; 
(b) it is passed upon the basis of law; and 
(c) it enunciate the principle of law… [Emphasis added]
