It is held by the Hon’ble Supreme
Court of Pakistan in the case of “Shafqat Mehmood and others v. The State”
(2011 SCMR 537) that:
”It is also settled principle of law that identification
parade of each accused should be held separately
otherwise confusion would be created.”
