The prosecution had attempted to show that eye-witnesses were able to see the occurrence in the light of a bulb which was burning at that time. The bulb was not taken into custody for no reasons

 Reliance in this respect is placed on the case of Bashir Ahmed alias Mannu v. The State (1996 SCMR 308) wherein, the Hon’ble Supreme Court was pleased to observe as under: -

 “…The occurrence took place at mid-night. The prosecution had attempted to show that eye-witnesses were able to see the occurrence in the light of a bulb which was burning at that time. The bulb was not taken into custody for no reasons…”
