---S. 497---It is very astonishing that exchange of firing remained continued for considerable time but none of them had sustained any scratch, therefore, application of section 324, PPC is yet to be determined at trial while section 353 is bailable---No independent person has been cited as witness---It is also not understandable that how the police officials identified the accused by name as soon as they came within their sight when they do not seem to be earlier known to the police---All these facts make the case against the applicant of further inquiry---In view of the above circumstances and case of Muhammad (supra), I am of the view that the applicant is entitled for concession of bail---Accordingly, applicant is admitted to bail subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 75,000/- (Seventy five thousand) and P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court
