سائل عمران خان عدالت پیش نہ ھوئے ۔ کونسل نے سائل عمران خان کی حاضری سے استثنا کی درخواست گزاری جو عدالت نے منظور کرتے ھوئے ملزم کی غیر موجودگی کے باوجود اسے حفاظتی ضمانت عطا کر دی
In view of the above referred peculiar circumstances , petitioner is admitted to transit / protective bail till 07.10.2022 , subject to furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs . 10,000 / one surety in the like satisfaction of Deputy Registrar Judicial ) of this Court , enabling the petitioner to appear before the Court of competent jurisdiction . This order shall automatically expire after the referred date . The cash , which surety amount may be submitted shall be released after submission of certified copy of the order of the competent Court .
