The provisions of section 265-F Cr.P.C. provide the procedure for the production of the witnesses and under the provisions of section 265-F Cr.P.C., it has been provided that if the accused does not plead guilty, the court shall proceed to hear the complainant and take all such evidence as may be produced in support of the prosecution and it shall ascertain from the complainant the names of any persons likely to be aquainted with the facts of the case and to be able to give evidence for the complainant and shall summon such persons to give evidence before it. It is only after the examination of the witnesses that the examination of the accused is conducted.
