واقعاتی بیان اور طبی شہادت --- تضاد --- ریکارڈ سے ظاہر ہوا کہ واقعاتی بیان اور طبی شہادت میں تضاد تھا --- میڈیکل آفیسر کی رپورٹ سے انکشاف ہوا کہ ملزم نے اوپری منزل سے فائر کیا جو مقتول کو لگا --- استغاثہ کے گواہوں کے مطابق ملزم نے سیدھا فائر کیا جو مقتول کے سینے کے سامنے لگا اور اسے کھڑے ہونے کی حالت میں چوٹ لگی

ایف آئی آر درج کرانے میں تین گھنٹے تیس منٹ کی تاخیر --- نتیجہ خیز --- ملزم پر فرد جرم عائد کی گئی ریکارڈ سے ظاہر ہوا کہ واقعہ صبح 03:30 بجے (رات) پیش آیا، اور جائے وقوعہ اور پولیس اسٹیشن کے درمیان فاصلہ 5/6 کلومیٹر تھا --- مدعی کو پولیس اسٹیشن میں واقعے کی اطلاع دینے میں تین گھنٹے تیس منٹ لگے --- استغاثہ کے ثبوت میں، اس وقت کو درست طور پر متعین کرنے میں ایک شدید خامی تھی جب واقعے کی اطلاع پولیس کو دی گئی --- معاملے کا مذکورہ پہلو ایف آئی آر کی صداقت کے بارے میں شک پیدا کرنے کے لیے کافی تھا --- جرم کے ارتکاب کے وقت سے تین گھنٹے تیس منٹ کی غیر ضروری تاخیر غیر واضح رہی اور اس نے استغاثہ کے پورے ورژن کو مشکوک بنا دیا۔
