ضابطہ فوجداری کی دفعہ 265-ایف گواہوں کو پیش کرنے کا طریقہ کار فراہم کرتی ہے۔ ضابطہ فوجداری کی دفعہ 265-ایف کے تحت یہ فراہم کیا گیا ہے کہ اگر ملزم جرم کا اعتراف نہیں کرتا ہے، تو عدالت مدعی کو سنے گی اور استغاثہ کے حق میں پیش کی جانے والی تمام شہادتیں لے گی، اور مدعی سے ان افراد کے نام معلوم کرے گی جو مقدمے کے حقائق سے واقف ہوں اور مدعی کے حق میں گواہی دینے کے قابل ہوں، اور ایسے افراد کو اپنے سامنے گواہی دینے کے لیے طلب کرے گی۔ گواہوں کے بیانات لینے کے بعد ہی ملزم کا بیان قلمبند کیا جاتا ہے۔
