اگر کسی بھی وجہ سے ، پولیس اہلکار محرم سے منشیات کے نمونے کا پارسل حاصل کرنے کے بعد اسے اختتامی کام کے اوقات میں متعلقہ لیبارٹری میں جمع نہیں کر سکے تو اس کے لیے ضروری تھا کہ وہ اسے محرم کو محفوظ تحویل کے لیے واپس کرے اور پھر اس دن محرم سے اسے یاد کرے جب وہ دوبارہ متعلقہ لیبارٹری میں جمع کرنے جا رہا تھا بصورت دیگر نمونے کے پارسل کی محفوظ تحویل سے سمجھوتہ کیا جائے گا ۔
If for any reason whatsoever, police official after receiving parcel of sample of narcotics from the Moharir could not deposit the same in the concerned laboratory within the closing working hours then it was mandatory for him to return the same to the Moharir for safe custody and then to recollect the same from the Moharir on the day when he was again going to deposit the same in concerned laboratory otherwise safe custody of parcel of sample would be compromised.
