پنجاب انفورسمنٹ اینڈ ریگولیشن ایکٹ ، 2024-- خصوصی قانونی میکانزم بمقابلہ عام فوجداری قانون: ایکٹ کے تحت تجویز کردہ خصوصی طریقہ کار ، محض پی ای آر اے کے عہدیدار کی حیثیت سے ملزم کی حیثیت کی وجہ سے ، آزاد مجرمانہ ایکٹ میں عام فوجداری قانون کے اطلاق کو خارج نہیں کرتا ہے ۔ متعلقہ طریقہ کار کا اطلاق مبینہ طرز عمل کی نوعیت اور اس کی طرف راغب قانونی دفعات پر منحصر ہے ۔
Punjab Enforcement and Regulation Act, 2024 --- Special Statutory Mechanism vis-a-vis General Criminal Law: The special procedure prescribed under the Act does not, merely by reason of the accused's status as a PERA official, exclude the application of general criminal law to an independent criminal act. The applicability of the relevant procedure depends upon the nature of the alleged conduct and the statutory provisions attracted.
