Extra-judicial confession would have no credence

In “Rehmat Ullah v. The State” (2005 Cr.LJ 939), this Court further held that the person before whom extrajudicial confession is made must reproduce the exact words in which it was made. In the absence of date, time, place, motive and details of incident, extra-judicial confession would have no credence.
