سپریم کورٹ نے انٹر نیشنل اخبار ، وال اسٹریٹ جرنل کے ساؤتھ ایشیا کیلئے انچارج، امریکی باشندے ڈینئل پرل قتل کیس میں سندھ حکومت کی اپیلیں مسترد کرتے ہوئے عمر احمد شیخ کو فوری طور پر رہا کرنے کا حکم دیدیا۔جسٹس مشیر عالم کی سربراہی میں تین رکنی بینچ نے دو ایک کی اکثریت سے فیصلہ دیا، تفصیلی فیصلہ بعد میں جاری کیا جائے گا۔

The State thr. P.G, Sindh v. Ahmed Omer Shaikh

The Supreme Court has ordered to immediately release Umar Ahmed Sheikh, in charge of the International Newspaper, the Wall Street General of South Asia, rejecting the Sindh government's appeal in the Daniel Pearl murder case. Three under the leadership of Justice Advisor Alam. The member bench has given the decision by the majority of two, a detailed decision will be issued later.
