In case of circumstantial evidence every link must be connected with other link so as to form a continuous chain.

 Evidence of Wajtakkar was a weak incriminating circumstance, which could easily be maneuvered by prosecution.

Extra judicial confession not providing any details of the occurrence and manner in which it was committed as such said story cannot be treated as confession made by the accused.
