ا Cross version کیس کی صورت میں ملزم کو pre arrested bail کا relief نہیں دیا جا سکتا۔ اس کے لیے ضروری ہے کہ کورٹ خود کو satisfyکرے کہ ملزم کے خلاف کیس"malafidy on part of complainent hai" ہے۔۔۔صرف اس صورت میں pre arrested bail مل سکتی ہے۔۔۔۔کراس ورشن کو بیس بنا کر ضمانت قبل از گرفتاری منظور نہیں کی جاسکتی۔۔۔

 Mere registration of a cross-version case does not entitle any accused to be granted the extraordinary relief of pre-arrest bail.

The concession of pre-arrest bail cannot be allowed to an accused person unless the court feels satisfied about seriousness of the accused person's assertion regarding his intended arrest being actuated by mala fide on the part of the complainant party or the local Police.
