1. The removal of the Advocate General Punjab and other law officers vide notifications dated 24.01.2023 is upheld.
2. The notification of even date for the appointment of new law officers to the extent of law officers who retained their offices in the political government immediately preceding the last government and headed by Muhammad Hamza Shahbaz Sharif as Chief Minister, is set-aside. W.P. No. 5324-2023
