 Appeal against conviction and sentence under Section 376 (3) PPC---There is conflict between medical and ocular account---We find no merit in the contention raised on behalf of the appellant about discrepancies in the medical and ocular evidence and prosecution has proved its case against the appellant---However, mitigating circumstances exist about the quantum of the appellant's sentence---Appeal is dismissed and Capital punishment was converted into life imprisonment.
