کسی بھی شخص کو اسکے خلاف محض ایف آئی آر درج ہونے کی بنا پر ملازمت کے حق سے محروم نہ رکھا جا سکتا ہے

 Denial of appointment letter despite recommendation by Punjab Public Service Commission, in presence of an FIR, without determining that candidate has a criminal record, is declared illegal. Rule thumb principle is against the law laid down by Hon'ble Supreme Court of Pakistan in Faraz Naveed v. District Police Officer Gujrat and another (2022 SCMR 1770).
