 جب تفتیشی افسر نے موقع پر اپنے پہلے دورے کے دوران واقعہ کی بیان کردہ جگہ سے خون جمع نہیں کیا ، تو یہ واقعہ کی صحیح جگہ ثابت کرنے کے لیے مہلک ہے ۔

اگر شکایت کنندہ کہتا ہے کہ اس نے دوسرے گواہوں کو بتایا کہ اس نے ایف آئی آر میں ملزم افراد کو مخصوص کردار دیے ہیں ، تو یہ بعد میں درج کیے گئے گواہوں کی گواہی پر سوالیہ نشان چھوڑتا ہے ۔ 

When Investigating Officer did not collect blood from the stated place of occurrence during his first visit at the spot, then it is fatal for proving exact place of occurrence.

If the complainant says that he told to the other witnesses that he has given the specific roles to accused persons in the FIR, then it leaves a question mark on the testimony of said witnesses subsequently recorded.
