Reached at irresistible conclusion that no source of light has been given by the prosecution in the F.I.R during the course of investigation as well as in the statements of prosecution witnesses before the Court.

The occurrence in this case allegedly took place on 31.12.2016 at 06.15 p.m. It was a month of December and darkness has already spread, although features of the assailants have been described in the F.I.R but there is haunting silence with regard to the source of light. From scanning the entire evidence, we have reached at irresistible conclusion that no source of light has been given by the prosecution in the F.I.R during the course of investigation as well as in the statements of prosecution witnesses before the Court.
