Record reveals that allegedly 1340-grams charas, wrapped in blue colour shopper was recovered from the possession of petitioner. The quantity of 1340-grams is in excess of marginal side of borderline criteria.

Mere involvement in other cases without conviction do not disentitle the petitioner from the concession of bail, if the case otherwise calls for further inquiry.
